10/10 products and service
They go above and beyond with their customer service, keeping you informed and having speedy shipping. All products you need are right on the site which makes it super easy instead of ordering from multiple places for basic supplies. Will continue ordering as the customer service is fantastic, as with the products.

Outstanding Customer Service
Top of the Line customer service, I've now completed 2 seperate orders, first order was delivered on a holiday which was not expected but very much appreciated. 2nd order just came today it was missing 1 item but that was corrected and delivered in under an hour. Communication is amazing, they are willing and able to answer any questions you may have and will provide any additional information needed. Can't say enough good things excellent business.

Excellent product and customer service
I have been beyond impressed with the communication, quick response time, answers to my questions and the general knowledge that Sentient has provided. They truly know what they’re talking about. They put quality first and stand behind the product they sell! A rare find these days. Oh, and local delivery time cannot be beat! 10/10 recommend.

Amazing customer service.
I am so impressed with...1. Testing-evert peptides has been verified or its pending. I like the visability of that. 2. Quick! Within an hour or two I have my order at my door. 3. This is the most important to me! The knowledge and transparency! 4. Website is easy to navigate and get the order submitted! You will not be disappointed!

Couldn't be happier
We are so happy with the peptides we have ordered from here! We have purchased a few different ones now. We always get our order super fast and they come packaged so well. I especially like how they have their peptides tested so we know we are getting quality peptides. The customer service is fantastic - very quick to respond and so helpful. We will continue to order from here as we research different protocols.

Codes are issued after approval, not on submission. Approval is judged on authenticity, relevance and the content guidelines below — not on the star rating. Positive and critical feedback both qualify. One code per reviewer, valid for 90 days, and it stacks with volume pricing — if your cart earns a volume discount you get that as well as the credit.
What to write about
The order, not the outcome
- How ordering and checkout went
- Shipping speed and how it arrived
- Packaging, labelling and presentation
- Support — did we answer, and how fast
- Documentation, certificates and lot codes
What we cannot publish
Anything about using the product
- Medical claims of any kind
- Dosing, protocols or administration
- Personal-use accounts
- Results, effects or outcomes
These products are supplied for laboratory research only. A review describing personal use would misrepresent what we sell, so those are removed regardless of how positive they are.
