Vial strength in.Units on the syringe out.

Concentration, micrograms per insulin unit, draw volume and how long the vial lasts. The arithmetic is shown underneath so you can check it rather than trust it.

Your vial

More water means finer dose granularity but a larger draw volume.

Concentration—
Per insulin unit—at U-100, 1 unit = 0.01 mL

How much will I actually need?

Tell it the protocol you are working to and it does the arithmetic: how long one vial lasts, how many a full run takes, what that costs at our volume pricing, and how it splits if you would rather buy as you go.

We do not supply the protocol. There is no suggested dose here and the fields start empty deliberately. Everything below is multiplication on figures you enter. Where protocols are reported in the literature we set them out on the compound profiles, with the source and how much weight each one carries.

Days by default on purpose. A run of 20 days is not three weeks, and rounding it up would add a dose you did not intend. Nothing is stored and nothing is sent anywhere — the whole calculation happens in your browser.

Fill in the four fields and the numbers appear here.
