Everything that changes what you pay is on this page. There is no code to hunt for, no offer that expires, and nothing held back for people who ask privately.
Volume pricing
The more vials in your order, the lower the price. The discount is worked out on the order as a whole — it does not require several of the same product.

Mix them however you like. Any 3 vials across the catalogue reach the first tier.
What does not count: Research Supplies — syringes, swabs and bacteriostatic water. They are not counted toward a tier.
Volume pricing and promo codes are not combined. If your order qualifies for a tier, that is what you get, and a percentage code will not be applied on top. The one exception is our flat first-order credit, which stacks with a tier. We would rather say this plainly here than let you find out in the cart.
Paying by Interac e‑Transfer
Choose Interac e‑Transfer at checkout and 5% comes off. Nothing to enter — it appears in the total as soon as you select it.
It is taken on your order after any volume discount — on what you actually owe, rather than on a figure nobody pays.
Card payments are handled by Stripe and carry no e‑Transfer discount, for the obvious reason that there is no e‑Transfer.
Delivery in Medicine Hat and Redcliff
If you are local, we deliver by hand ourselves. No carrier, no tracking number and no transit time.

Order and pay by 5pm and it goes out the same day. After 5pm it is delivered the next day. Saturday works the same way, and Sunday orders are delivered Monday.
Because we take Interac e‑Transfer, the clock starts when the transfer lands rather than when the order is placed. That is usually inside half an hour — but it is worth knowing if you are ordering close to 5pm.

The free-shipping threshold is judged on your cart before any discount is applied — so a volume discount cannot push you back under it and cost you the shipping. That is deliberate.
We ship within Canada only. These carrier orders are processed in 1–3 business days, and carrier transit time is separate on top of that — neither applies to a local hand delivery. Full detail is in our Shipping Policy.

Prices shown on the site exclude tax. GST of 5% is added at checkout and shown on its own line before you pay.

Comparing us with anyone else
Vial sizes are not standard between suppliers, so two listings at the same price can hold very different amounts of material. The only comparison that means anything is price divided by milligrams.

- Every vial size is in the product name.
- Every discount is applied in the cart, in front of you, before you pay.
Fill a cart without buying anything and watch the arithmetic happen. We would rather you checked than took our word for it.
