0.5ml Syringe Box of 100
$60.00 CAD
A full box — 100 syringes, supplied as 10 sealed packs of 10.
The same 0.5 mL U-100 syringe as our 10-pack, bought by the box. $60.00 instead of $100.00 — works out to $6.00 a pack instead of $10.00.
Description
What you get
One manufacturer’s box of 100 insulin syringes, 0.5 mL, U-100 scale, supplied as ten sealed packs of ten exactly as they come from the box.
These are the identical syringes sold on our 0.5 mL 10-pack listing — needle gauge and length are stated there. Buying the box changes the quantity and the price, nothing else.
Why we list it
Most people need a pack or two and the 10-pack is the right thing to buy. If you are injecting several times a week, you are getting through a pack a month or more, and buying ten at a time should cost less than buying ten separately. It now does.
| 10-pack | Box of 100 | |
|---|---|---|
| Syringes | 10 | 100 |
| Price | $10.00 | $60.00 |
| Per pack | $10.00 | $6.00 |
Which barrel
The 0.5 mL barrel stops at 50 units and is the one most people should be dosing with. The markings are the same as on a 1 mL barrel but spread over a shorter tube, so there is less room to misread a small draw. Use the 1 mL for drawing bacteriostatic water when you reconstitute, and the 0.5 mL for the dose itself.
On U-100: that is the scale printed on the barrel, not the capacity. A unit is the same volume on every size — the 0.5 mL simply stops at 50 units and the 1 mL at 100. Reading that backwards is how tenfold errors happen.
Delivery
Free local delivery in Medicine Hat and Redcliff, Monday to Saturday, same day on anything paid before 5pm. Free anywhere in Canada on orders over $125 before discounts.
Used syringes go in a sharps container rather than the household bin — any pharmacy will give you one and take it back.
